Purchasing a product grants a license to you alone; it does not grant you the authority to distribute it to your network.

3. User Account Security and Responsibilities

You bear the sole, absolute responsibility for maintaining the intense confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to accept total liability for all activities, transactions, and potential breaches of these terms that occur under your account identity.

4. Financial Transactions, Pricing, and Digital Delivery

By initiating a transaction, you represent and legally warrant that you possess the lawful right to utilize the credit card, UPI ID, or other payment methodology provided. All pricing listed on NS.SHOP is dynamic and subject to immediate alteration without prior public notice. We reserve the right to refuse or aggressively cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent or initiated from a high-risk geographic jurisdiction.

By utilizing this site, you explicitly waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Nikhil Sharma Digital. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity. Furthermore, you agree that any cause of action arising out of your use of the site must commence within precisely one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise, such cause of action is permanently and legally barred.

7. Severability and Entire Agreement
